Combo Grip Pull-up Bar: Two 8-foot high, 28 mm knurled, solid cold-rolled steel bars with a 135-degree V-shape in the center, providing additional grip options.
Single Bar Holders: Three sets of holders.
Bench Stringers: Steel cross-members where the Multi-function Bench locks in – two.
Weight Storage: Two sets of scuff-resistant weight storage pegs designed for 45, 35, 25, 10, 5, and 2.5 lbs plates.
Stainless Steel Hook-plates: Adjustable to 19 positions on 3” center increments, accommodating a broad range of heights.
Interior Safety Spot Arms in the Power Rack: One pair.

Assembly durable so far no issues

I purchased this chair for Father's Day and I purposely waited before adding a review. It was very easy to assemble with no problems.The various speeds were great depending on your physical knee. Haven't been able to figure out the Bluetooth yet. Only issue is it doesn't get the neck and shoulders as good as I would like it to but the massage is wonderful after a hard days work. It's an excellent by we are very pleased
