Featuring a solid rubber construction, each bumper plate boasts a 2” reinforced center steel sleeve for effortless bar loading and unloading. The vibrant colors of our Rubber Training Bumper Plates not only add a touch of flair but also simplify weight identification through color coding.

Paired with our YORK® International Olympic Training Bar, boasting a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI post-heat treatment and crafted from North American steel, this set is an exceptional choice for Olympic-style movements. The bar ensures a seamless, consistent rotation with needle bearings, and its sleeves are precision-machined to a diameter of 1.975” to accommodate 2” Olympic plates. Secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin, the sleeve guarantees stability during intense workouts.
