ALEKO's Barrel Sauna with Laminated Glass and Panoramic View offers the opulence and comfort of a barrel sauna at a more accessible price, featuring a stylish and functional design that maximizes usable space while minimizing excess cubic feet.
The front porch canopy enhances seating space with opposing benches running the full length of the room, accommodating up to 6-8 people comfortably. Additional exterior benches provide extra seating. Whether placed indoors or outdoors, the sauna's entrance boasts a full glass door with self-closing hinges to retain heat. The tinted, tempered glass contributes to a serene atmosphere, undisturbed by temperature changes.
Powered by an 8 kW Harvia KIP Electric Sauna Heater, this Finnish-made unit features corrosion-resistant stainless steel and a protective stone guard. The easy-to-use dial control adjusts the temperature between 158-194 degrees Fahrenheit, while a bucket and scoop allow water to be poured over hot stones for increased humidity. An interior light enhances ambiance, and each sauna includes a bucket, ladle, thermometer/hydrometer, and lamp holder with a heater fence.
Resting on three weather-resistant polymer support cradles, the sauna preserves wood and provides a solid foundation. Suitable for front porches and back decks, assembly is quick and easy, accomplished in just a few hours.
For safety compliance, the heaters are designed to operate for a maximum of 60 minutes at a time, with the option to reset the timer for longer sessions. The sauna, packaged in multiple pieces, requires some assembly as instructed in the manual, and installation may benefit from the expertise of an electrician due to the nature of the 220V-240V hardwired heater unit.
